Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Lifecycle Innovations Limited ("InboxAssist", "we", "us") for use of inboxassist.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. They replace previously published third-party terms pages that are no longer active.
1. The service
InboxAssist is an AI-powered Gmail inbox assistant. It can categorize mail, apply labels, generate draft replies, and — when you ask it to — take actions such as unsubscribe or cancel flows in a remote browser session you can watch.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for activity under your InboxAssist account. Keep credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Free trial and billing
New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $4.99 per Gmail seat per month (or the annual price shown at checkout). Taxes may apply. You can cancel in Billing at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period if you are not satisfied — contact [email protected].
4. Gmail access and your content
You grant InboxAssist permission to access Gmail only as needed to provide the features you enable. You retain ownership of your email. You represent that you have the right to connect each mailbox. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service to violate law, Google policies, or third-party rights;
- attempt to access another customer's account or data;
- reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service except as allowed by law;
- use InboxAssist to send spam or to automate abuse of unsubscribe or cancel flows.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. AI output
Drafts, categorizations, and agent actions are generated automatically and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before sending and for confirming any unsubscribe or cancellation the agent performs. The service is provided "as is."
7. Intellectual property
InboxAssist, the site, and our trademarks remain ours. You may not copy or resell the product except as these Terms allow.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InboxAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost mail, lost profits, or failed third-party cancellations. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including intent or gross negligence).
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or legal risk. After termination we delete personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must retain.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update date constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected] or Contact. Related documents: Legal.
